The main fabric is a high-density satin fabric with 70d warp threads and 210d weft threads.
The highly durable nylon 66 is used for both warp and weft yarns, making it a tear- and abrasion-resistant material.
It also has a shiny, elegant appearance.
A 0.15 mm-thick P.V.C. treatment on the back further enhances durability and helps prevent water penetration.
The leather used is smooth leather from MONFRINI PELLAMI S.R.L, a renowned tannery in Milan, Italy, founded in 1898. This semi-aniline finish is applied to chrome-tanned leather using a roller machine with a blend of full-grain pigments producing beautiful colors and transparent dyes. Although it has a matte appearance, the leather has a distinctive glossy, elegant color. The leather is typical of Monfrini Perami, which manufactures leather with the fashion market in mind.
